Not a look — a shape. The design variable is the canvas and the pacing, not the color. One source authored once renders three ways: a cinematic 16:9 stage deck, a swipe-paced 9:16 phone Stories read, and a dense footnoted A4 report. Any visual preset drops in on top.
Phone-shaped, full-bleed, one idea + one number per card. Tap the right half to advance, left to go back, or use the swipe bar. Segmented progress across the top, thumb-zone nav at the bottom, content kept inside the safe area. This is authored vertical — not a landscape slide cropped.

Toggle below — watch the same deck reflow from a 16:9 stage slide into a 9:16 phone card into a dense A4 page. Footnotes surface only in the document register. This is the "motion" of the direction: the layout adapting, not decoration.
Authored once. The system places each block by canvas: the big number is the vertical hero, body text de-densifies on stage, full sourcing returns only in the A4 register below.
Content is authored once as structured blocks, each tagged for the formats it appears in. The system, not the designer, places them per canvas.

The vertical is the discipline-forcing constraint. Stage and document are allowed more density; vertical is not.
One idea + one number, big type read at arm's length, focal element centered in the thumb-safe zone, Stories progress on top. The eye knows instantly where to look.
Letterboxing a landscape slide into a phone frame — squeezed three-column keynote, tiny type, content under the notch. The failure mode this direction exists to prevent.
Not a single award site — a recognized 2026 format pattern across multiple presentation-design trend features (Tier 2). Format-as-aesthetic was the slide-deck channel's highest-value find.
This direction owns shape and pacing only. Each move is demonstrated live above.
